Hello Casino Guru Complaint Team,


I would like to submit a formal complaint against Epicbet.


Epicbet has permanently closed my account and confiscated my remaining balance of approximately EUR 5,000.


The reason given by Epicbet is an alleged breach of their Terms and Conditions, specifically clauses 8.4.3.4, regarding coordinated / syndicate betting, and 3.7.2, regarding account closure procedures.


I strongly dispute this allegation.


I have not participated in coordinated or syndicate betting, acted on behalf of any group, used multiple accounts, or attempted to bypass Epicbet’s betting limits or controls. My betting activity was conducted on my own behalf.


Epicbet has not provided any concrete evidence to support the confiscation. They have not identified any specific bets, dates, markets, linked accounts, IP addresses, devices, payment methods, or other factual basis for their decision. Their response only states that they cannot provide further details due to privacy, data protection, and security reasons.


Because Epicbet has closed my account, I no longer have access to my account dashboard, betting history, balance page, or internal account records. Epicbet is the party holding all relevant data, including my balance history, betting history, account logs, and the alleged evidence used to justify the confiscation.


I believe it is unfair and disproportionate for an operator to confiscate approximately EUR 5,000 based on a vague allegation without providing the player with any concrete evidence or meaningful opportunity to challenge the decision.


I am requesting that Epicbet either:


Provide clear and specific evidence proving the alleged breach of Terms and Conditions, or


Return my confiscated balance in full.


I can provide Epicbet’s email confirming the account closure and confiscation, as well as any available communication and payment records.
