The casino refuses to pay me my money. I have received four emails from them stating that "your payment has been checked by us, it will be booked withing the next 24-48 hours". It hasn't been. When I contact them again, I receive the same exact message. No one is interested in explaining anything else.

 

Feels super shady.

All depends on the difference between the promotions. If you get a better bonus which you shouldn't reach, then the casino has a right to void your winnings. In case that promotions are almost identical, we believe in a common sense here. We will contact the casino and ask them about your case.

We would like to ask the Elcardo Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we are forced to close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.

 

I am very sorry Lauri that we cannot help you more. I still believe that the casino will solve the problem, but until they answer to this complaint their rating will be lowered and complaint published.

I strongly recommend you to contact the casino regulator MGA (Malta Gaming Authority), please also provide them with a link on this complaint as a proof that you already tried to solve a complaint with 3rd party mediator.
