Dear Anna1994uk,
Thank you for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about the difficulties you’re experiencing and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Please note that KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a mandatory security process designed to protect both players and the casino. Because online casinos cannot verify identities in person, KYC is the only reliable method to confirm that an account and its funds belong to the rightful owner. Licensed, reputable casinos handle this step carefully. Although verification can sometimes take a few business days, it is carried out to protect you and prevent misuse of your account.
To help us investigate and expedite the process, could you please provide the following details:
We hope to resolve this matter quickly. Thank you in advance for your reply and cooperation.
Best regards,
Kristina
My Experience With DuffSpin7
I am posting this because I want to find other people who may have had the same experience as me with DuffSpin7.
This is a factual account of what has happened to me.
I won a total of £14,510 playing on DuffSpin7 and submitted a withdrawal request.
After requesting my withdrawal, I was told that I needed to complete identity verification (KYC). I provided the documents that were requested.
A support agent then told me that my verification would be processed alongside my withdrawal. Based on that information, I believed everything was progressing normally.
Instead, my withdrawal remained unresolved.
During this time, I submitted two separate £500 withdrawal requests. Both withdrawals were accepted initially, and the money was deducted from my casino balance.
Later, both withdrawals were cancelled.
The funds were not handled in the way I expected, and when I contacted support to ask what had happened, I repeatedly received generic responses instead of a clear explanation.
Over the following days, I contacted customer support many times.
Support repeatedly told me to provide verification documents but would not clearly explain what documents were allegedly missing or why the documents I had already submitted were not sufficient.
Several support conversations ended without answering my questions, leaving me unable to understand what was actually preventing my withdrawal from being processed.
As time went on, I became increasingly concerned because I was receiving the same scripted replies over and over again while my withdrawal remained unpaid.
I then began researching DuffSpin7 online.
I found numerous reviews from other players describing very similar experiences, including delayed withdrawals, repeated verification requests, generic customer support responses and difficulty receiving payments.
As I continued investigating, I also noticed other casino websites that appeared to have very similar complaints and review patterns. While I cannot say they are operated by the same people, the similarities caused me concern.
I submitted a formal complaint to the relevant gaming authority that I believe oversees the casino and included the evidence I had gathered.
I also continued communicating with DuffSpin7 in an attempt to resolve the matter directly.
More recently, I discovered something else that concerned me.
The live support function inside my own DuffSpin7 account is no longer accessible.
However, my partner can still access the support function from her own account.
At this stage I do not know whether this is a technical problem or whether my own account has been restricted, but I have documented the difference as part of my evidence.
Throughout this entire process I have kept screenshots, chat logs, emails and records of everything that has happened.
I am now trying to find other players who have experienced similar issues.
If you have had delayed withdrawals, repeated verification requests, cancelled withdrawals, generic support responses or difficulty contacting DuffSpin7, I would appreciate hearing about your experience.
If enough people have experienced the same pattern, it may help establish whether these are isolated incidents or part of a wider problem.
My intention is simply to gather evidence, compare experiences and ensure that anyone affected has the opportunity to share what happened to them.
LETTER BEFORE ACTION
To: The Directors and Legal Representatives of DuffSpin7 / the company operating DuffSpin7
Date: 30 July 2026
Re: Outstanding Withdrawal of £14,510 and Notice of Intended Legal Action
Dear Sir or Madam,
This letter serves as formal notice that unless this matter is resolved immediately, I intend to pursue all legal and regulatory remedies available to me.
I am owed £14,510, which remains unpaid despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly with your company.
After requesting my withdrawal, I was informed that identity verification (KYC) was required. I supplied the requested documentation in good faith.
A member of your support team advised me that my verification would be processed alongside my withdrawal. Relying on that information, I believed my withdrawal was being processed correctly.
Instead, my withdrawal has remained outstanding.
During this period, I also submitted two separate withdrawals of £500 each. Both withdrawals were initially accepted and deducted from my account balance before subsequently being cancelled. Despite repeatedly contacting your support team, I was not given a clear explanation for these events.
Since then, I have contacted your customer support on numerous occasions. I have repeatedly received requests for verification without being clearly informed what, if anything, remained outstanding. My requests for clarification have frequently been met with generic or repetitive responses, and in several cases my support conversations ended without answering my questions.
More recently, I have also been unable to access the live support function from my own account, despite observing that another account is still able to access it. I have documented this as part of my evidence.
Throughout this matter I have retained copies of emails, screenshots, chat transcripts and records of my interactions with your company.
Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this dispute amicably, no satisfactory resolution has been provided.
Accordingly, I now require that within 14 days of receipt of this letter you either:
1. Pay my outstanding withdrawal of £14,510 in full; or
2. Provide a detailed written explanation, supported by evidence, identifying the precise contractual or legal basis upon which payment is being withheld.
Should you fail to comply within the above timeframe, I reserve all of my legal rights, including but not limited to:
- Pursuing any civil remedies available against the company and any responsible legal entity.
- Continuing complaints with the relevant licensing and regulatory authorities.
- Providing my evidence to consumer protection bodies and other competent authorities where appropriate.
- Relying on my documented correspondence, screenshots, chat logs and other evidence in support of any future proceedings.
Nothing in this letter should be taken as limiting any additional rights or remedies available to me.
This letter is sent in accordance with the principles of a Letter Before Action and should be treated as a final opportunity to resolve this matter without the need for further legal proceedings.
Yours faithfully,
They now won’t tell me anything today is the last day they were supposed to verify me again now say August 3rd I’ve emailed all authorities all duffspin emails and given them 14 days I will pursue all legal options open to me.
Thank you very much for your reply, Anna1994uk. Did the casino confiscate your winnings after the withdrawal requests were canceled, or were the winnings returned to your casino account?
Could you please forward all relevant correspondence between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru? If it’s more convenient, you may also post screenshots here. I understand this may take time, so I appreciate your assistance.
