Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked Terms and Conditions and found this:

7.6 All our bonuses have a wagering requirement, meaning you must bet a certain amount before you can withdraw your winnings. This requirement is expressed as a multiplier applicable to the bonus amount, the bonus amount and the associated deposit amount, or the amount of winnings derived from such promotion (depending on the terms of the promotion in question). By way of example, a wagering requirement of x5 (five) means that you must bet the equivalent of five times the respective amount. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are listed it the relevant sections of the Website dedicated to such promotion, and in the Terms.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions so I can fully understand the situation.

  • Could you please confirm that you have met the wagering requirements for the specific Bonus given?
  • Could you share a link or a screenshot of the Bonus granted?
  • Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

Could you please confirm that you have met the wagering requirements for the specific Bonus given? I never had the bonuses turned I have it turned off. I was ment to wager the deposited amount which was $200 I bought 1 $100 bonus buy feature on a slot machine and 1 $80 bonus buy feature and played $20 on slots to meet the $200 deposited amount and it then let me withdraw my winnings but sat there pending for a week and denied it returning the funds to my account and locking the withdraw feature till a do another $200

Please bear in mind that wagering requirements also apply to bonus rounds purchased within the game (so-called "bonus buys"), as stated in Section 20, Annex 3 – Shop. This means that the total cost of any bonus buy must also be wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements.

  • Additionally, could you please provide a link to the Bought Bonus feature or any further evidence/communication you have had with the casino?
