Despite the casino's official 72-hour processing timeframe, my funds are still "Pending". I have contacted live support multiple times, but I keep receiving the same scripted responses about "high volume of requests" and the process being in its "final stage."
The support agents refuse to provide any specific timeframe and have even abruptly ended chat sessions when I pressed for details. No verification (KYC) documents have been requested from my side, so there are no grounds for this delay.
I request assistance in getting my winnings paid out, as the casino is clearly breaching its own terms and conditions. I have all chat logs and screenshots to support my claim.
