Here I used coins and exchanged $1100.

It states that the money will be transferred within 72 hours, but it hasn't been transferred for a long time.

We also contacted the casino and were told that they are currently only able to redeem for Argentine and Chilean users.

They say they will work on making it possible for users in other countries to redeem in the future, but I don't know when that will be.

Please have a casino representative here to redeem in an alternate currency immediately.

The situation is the same as if the points were returned, but the withdrawal is denied because it is not redeemable for cash.


The product was originally described as being worth 1000 USDT, and there was no indication that only Argentine pesos were supported.

The casino replaced the item in a hurry after the exchange.

However, the casino has not clarified its roadmap and there is no guarantee that you will be able to redeem your money before the casino closes.

The situation now is the same as if it had been over a month since the withdrawal was denied.
