Dragobet Casino - Player’s winnings haven’t been received yet.

Dear all,

On 15 April I made a withdrawal of 2300eu. I didn't play with a bonus and I already completed KYC before the withdrawal.

Today is 19 april and my withdrawal still says pending and Im still able to rollback. Their terms and conditions say it takes 2 days, but its now 4 days.

When I reach out to customer service they dont give me a reason why its still pending and not processed and they say it's based on first come, first serve.

Can you please assist and help me get my withdrawal?
