I placed a withdrawal from Doctor Spins on 30th of March 2025. I was emailed and told that this could take upto 7-21 business days. I messaged occasionally to see where my withdrawal was in the processing and was told it was being processed. I emailed asking where this withdrawal was and got no response. It has now been 21 business says and I am still being told its being processed. Still no response to the several emails I have sent. I have even asked on live chat, for their ADR. But was told to email and then the chat was closed. At this point, I'm more worried about the information I gave for the verification then I am the money. I don't know who to ask for help!
