I deposited 150 aus dolars and played for 6 to 8hrs by the end i had won 30000 dollars i went to withdraw my money they processed for an hr then rejected my withdrawal and cancelled my winnings saying the game payed out to much and by gambling law they have the right to forfeit my winnings of 30000 dolars i contested this and msgd there manager on telegram tried calling line didnt work the manger got back to me sayn he needed three buisness days to take my request and dispute of my winnings being illegaly taken to the hq of there company its now been 3 days and ive semt multiple msgs thru the site and the telegram number i was given and they are completely ghosting me not a sigle reply they havnt even lookd at my msgs... at one point they say they will repay my original money i put in but nope they didnt follow thru with that either,,,

I have screenshots of my complete game win and my withdrawal procedure and rejection and complete transcripts of my conversations on the site and on telegram, im severly pissed off with this dodgy as scam site. Im happy to take sugestions as to how i can retriev my 30000 dollar winnings from these pricks

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

So in the past two weeks, I've been contacting them every second day, almost and asking for an update on what's happening with my issue, with them. Taking my $30000 winnings. And forfeiting them illegally without my consent. And without any payout of any kind, not even my initial spendings on the site of 100. And $50. I've been contacting them through Telegram and on the site portal for live chat and support. They've been given me the run around pretending like they don't know what my issue is. And trying to get me to start the whole conversation again. And it's the same bland response it's very ignorant, rude, and I think they're trying to intentionally piss me off. So I give up, but I refuse to give up. Because I won $30000 Australian on this side. And they made up some total crap. Excuse about the game percentage of return to playo played played up. And that was their excuse for wiping my entire winnings. And not paying me a single cent, not even my initial input into the side, back to me after even promising to do so when my initial complaint was laid. I've uploaded screenshots of the conversation or part there of because I can only upload so many at a time on this page. But I need help getting my money recovered. Even if it's just my initial input into the site, ideally, I would like my winnings recovered for me. If you could do that, I'd be forever in your debt. It's hard to find somebody to the Lugo, the hard-working Australian Aussie. That gets ripped off by these absolute. They ignored ignored oshols that think they have the right to do this, to hard working australians, please help.So to answer your question as of yet, there's been absolutely no progress.Whatsoever, it's even hard to get a reply out of them at this point
