Ive been a member of DingDingDing for well over a year i have been verified and have previously redeemed winnings. On march 6th,2025 i cashed out 550.00 as of April 1, 2025 i still haven't received said redemption. I have tried calling and messaging customer service multiple times. No response. On April 1, 2025 i logged in to my account and there was a notice that popped up stating that sweepstakes were no longer available in the US due to charges in the laws. There was no prior notice or nothing. And that is when all my sweepstakes coins were gone as well as my 550.00 redemption that had been pending since March 6th 2025

Yes my account is verified and has been for sure over a year now i have redeemed 4 times prior to the redemption i made on march 6th.

And i am from Minnesota not Indiana. Yes i can log in but all my sweep coins are gone as well and my options to view my redemption history. The last time i was able to spoke to someone was march 24th, at 5:16 pm. I was on the phone with them for 5 minutes and 15 seconds. I was told my redemption was in the final stage of approval. And when i tried calling on April 1st the number for their customer service no longer worked. This is the number from their website,1-800-971-0734. Ive also tried contacting them by email and the only response i hot was that a ticket for support was made. That was it. I also tried contacting them on Facebook messenger again only response i got was to sign up for a free account. And i have all emails, call logs, of me trying to contact them.

I have received a a response from DingDingDing about 2hrs ago telling me sweepstakes are no longer allowed in the US, but if that was the case how come they are the only ones to dip out and take everyones money.

They even changed their customer service number to a fake one that call a hotline for medical alert buttons.file

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. Even their primary e-mail contact is not working - every message comes back as "undelivered".

I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from the casino's side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue at all. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by e-mail.

In the meantime, I recommend you contact the American Arbitration Association – an alternative dispute resolution service (https://www.adr.org/) and submit a complaint to them. It collaborates with the lawyers and has better options and tools to help players. Unfortunately, as the social casino is not officially a gambling site, they do not have a license, and thus are not being overseen by any gambling authority, I could forward your complaint towards. Please let me know if you need help with filling the form or how the ADR responded if you can do this on your own (matej.l@casino.guru). I am really sorry I could not be of more help on this occasion.
