My Bonus Balance is Stuck cause of bug in desi dice.. because of this.. i cant withdraw my money.. 

also i played games that directly open with bonus money...(that should be not happened because i waggered completed) for that bug i received 1000/- additional money as a compensation thanks for that.. but its useless because i cant withdraw.. 


i sent a many mail support@desidice.com regarding my problem.. but no reply from them also chat support is use less.. i have to repeat entire metter with new executive its too much frustrating 

also i connected chat support 4 to 5 time in day.. all are saying only one thing that our expert is working with this.. totally fullshit (lie) 


my kind request to you please look in this metter and resolve ... i want my money frome desidice..

no Massage is pop up.. but in Withdrawal Menu.. Clearly Showing that Withdrawalble balance is 0 (Screen Shot Attechted)
