Hello,

I would like to report a serious issue regarding Dahibet Casino.

On March 10, 2026, I deposited approximately 460,000 TRY into my Dahibet account and played Pragmatic Play slot games with my real balance (no bonus was used). During my gameplay I managed to win approximately 2,425,000 TRY.

However, Dahibet only paid 350,000 TRY and then blocked my account access, refusing to pay the remaining balance. My account was closed and I cannot access my winnings anymore.

I have been playing online casino games for years and I understand that losses are part of gambling. I have also played on other casinos and never had such a problem. But refusing to pay legitimate winnings after accepting deposits and gameplay is unacceptable.

All my gameplay was done with real money, without bonuses or free spins, and the casino already confirmed my win by paying a small portion.

I kindly ask Casino Guru to investigate this situation and help resolve the issue. I simply want the remaining balance that I legitimately won.
