I registered at the casino and took a no deposit bonus, successfully played it back and before submitting a request for payment I asked the support team what I needed to receive a payment to the piastrix payment system, which is provided on their website. The operator told me that I needed to make a deposit and a screenshot of my wallet, upload documents. I did everything I did with Azali, deposit, screenshot, uploaded all the documents.

‌But they don't care, they cancel the payments. They demand that I make a deposit now with cryptocurrency, although I have already made a deposit with piastrix. And I don't want to make a deposit in this casino anymore, I have already made it with piastrix and I want to receive the payment on it. But they don't want to pay out the money.

all this has been going on since March 25. I talked to them yesterday, they still require a deposit of 25 euros from a crypto wallet. I have already explained to them several times that before applying for a payout I talked to the operator and asked about the piastrix payment system, which they have for both deposits and payouts. The casino completely ignores me. I made a deposit twice, the first time with piastrix, the second time with a crypto wallet, I sent them documents three times, they don't even check them. They simply disabled my chat on the site.

the worst casino i have ever met. in 2 days it will be a month since they haven't paid my money. recently they approved all the documents except the receipt and a screenshot of my crypto wallet. i made a deposit from tutumway wallet, this is the only crypto wallet i use. but they reject my deposit receipt and a screenshot of my crypto wallet. they disabled the chat, they don't answer my email. in my opinion this casino is a scam

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates with a fake license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach.
