There's been a few time Ives deposited on Cuntspin Casino and also Heybitch99 Casino. All up total of around $500 . And over and over again I keep getting told funds haven't been received. The money has left my bank account though and even my bank has told me that the funds were sent to the accounts provided and yet I keep getting told they haven't been received. I'm over it and as a Diamond VIP member I shouldn't be getting my money stolen from these casinos. I've deposited nearly a quarter million dollars into one of the casinos like why are they trying to steal a poxy $500 ??? I would like my money back or it put on my account asap . The screenshots I've provided are only a couple of what I have .. I have all of them but it wouldn't let me up load them all.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it's a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

Additionally, could you kindly specify the casino against which you would like to file a complaint?

Thank you for replying. It has happened to me in Cuntspin Casino and also Heybitch Casino. I've contacted my payment provider and they've traced the payments to see where it went and I received letters from them stating the funds were definitely sent to the accounts provided. So they would have received them 100%. And yet they're still trying to tell me they haven't received them even though I've sent the letters from my bank to them and everything proving otherwise.
