Requested a $100 redemption February 26, 2025 they told me I needed to verify my bank for the 3 rd time and they just deposited money in it a day before and like I said I’ve done this 3 or 4 times so I sent images of my debit card and a selfie with me holding the debit card they been depositing money in for over a year this was in Thursday never heard nothing from them Friday nor the weekend not. Monday not Tuesday so Wednesday I message them idiots in the support circus and they give me the run around and just quit responding now they ignoring me I can’t submit another ticket because their is no option now for some reason can’t get anyone on the phone or email or social media to respond so they pretty much stole my $100 winnings I emailed them this:

Final Demand for Payment – Immediate Action Required

     I am formally demanding the immediate release of the winnings you owe me. Despite my previous attempts to resolve this matter, you have failed to process my payment. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate my complaint through multiple legal and consumer protection channels.

 

    Since Crown Coins Casino is owned by Sunflower Technologies Inc., based in New Hampshire, I have already contacted the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office (NH DOJ) and filed a formal complaint regarding your refusal to process my payout. Additionally, I will be reporting this issue to the following agencies and organizations:

   •   Better Business Bureau (BBB) – Public complaints against fraudulent practices.

   •   Federal Trade Commission (FTC) – Reporting deceptive business practices.

   •   Trustpilot, Pissed Consumer, and other consumer complaint platforms – Warning others about your payout issues.

   •   News Outlets (WLOX News, People Magazine) – Bringing public attention to your failure to honor legitimate winnings.

 

       I have documented all communications, screenshots of my winnings, and your failure to process my withdrawal. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will take further action, including potential legal measures.

 

       This is your final opportunity to resolve this issue before I escalate my complaint further. I expect full payment within 48 hours, or I will proceed with additional actions.

It’s already been 12 days and the fact that no one will respond back to me is BS and why even ask me to verify my bank for the 3 rd time they wasn’t worried about verifying anything when I was buying coins.. I think they operate under US sweepstakes laws since they are registered under sunrise LTD in New Hampshire. I really appreciate your help with this.

they approved my redemption a support team member named Glen took over and took charge of the situation and handled it correctly in every way and was very professional and friendly he did a great job he took care of the problem in one day that the others couldn’t take care of in 12 and he kept be informed thru. the whole process they need to give him a raise and fire the rest of them.. thank you Glen
