Requested a $100 redemption February 26, 2025 they told me I needed to verify my bank for the 3 rd time and they just deposited money in it a day before and like I said I’ve done this 3 or 4 times so I sent images of my debit card and a selfie with me holding the debit card they been depositing money in for over a year this was in Thursday never heard nothing from them Friday nor the weekend not. Monday not Tuesday so Wednesday I message them idiots in the support circus and they give me the run around and just quit responding now they ignoring me I can’t submit another ticket because their is no option now for some reason can’t get anyone on the phone or email or social media to respond so they pretty much stole my $100 winnings I emailed them this:
