I clicked on a offer that was displayed in the app telegram, which took me to this mini app site crashing, but it was still their website, it allowed me to make a deposit and finish setting up my profile. My deposit posted and whenever I went to play the games I get the message that "gameplay is prohibited in my location ". No nowhere on their site or on the ad does it state that the USA is not allowed to play on their site. I just want my deposit refunded back but they refuse to let me withdraw the funds. I get an error message every time because I haven’t fulfilled the bonus terms, but those bonuses have all expired anyways. And it shows that the max amount to withdrawal is exactly what I deposited. I’m not trying to withdraw anymore than what I deposited.

Telegram has nothing to do with the deposit and the transferring of funds. They are a 3rd party and all they do is connect the person to your website. They did not process my payment. My payment was processed by your site via the "mini app" in telegram, which is still your site. My funds show on your site and the deposit is listed under your transaction history via your site. Telegram cannot and will not help me because they do not handle any kind of payments or transactions. They are simply there to connect the dots.


I have attempted to withdrawal my funds and just keep getting the run around. First it was that I had not met the bonus requirements, well that is true because I am restricted from doing so. Any cryptocurrency address I try to put in just comes back with an error saying that I need to check the address or the amount is incorrect even though it shows the maximum withdrawal amount is exactly what my deposit amount is.


I have provided the information regarding telegrams role in how all this works, which I actually obtained by clicking on your settings link from your site inside the "mini app"


all I want is for you all to process a payment back to me via Litecoin and I will provide you with an address to send it to I don’t understand why this has to be long and drawn out when obviously you are holding the funds and I cannot access the games Which your ads should properly disclose that even in Telegram that there are jurisdiction restrictions since it will obviously let people access it and make deposits directly to you just from clicking on an ad. Oh and I am also attaching again where is shows my deposit and withdrawal error.


and just to make note it SPECIFICALLY states that telegram is not involved with any transactions or payments etc and to resolve these requests To contact the SP which is the service provider for the mini app site Which is crashinocasino

I am posting the post that they have on telegram that states "All Players can play…" not mentioning anything about location restrictions…. And there is a video that shows you how to make a deposit which is showing the deposit being made directly to them.
