Been verified since December 26 I've also made a couple of withdraws the first two were no worries the third or the fourth I've got rejected gave two username because when I sign in my username I gave you that but when I'm signing my username he's just a number so I gave you that one as well not sure which one you ask for and you lastly I have spoken to the casino two weeks ago just still regarding my payment

Since we have not received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint, and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.
