on casino guru it says that players from georgia are available to play on chillbet, but after i created account on casino, deposited and won my bet, they demanded verification and after sending my documents they said that georgia isnt available and they took 165 usd. why does it say on guru that georgia is available when it really isnt. i lost money because of that.

i registered on 31 october 2025. had my first winnings on november 10 and yes i wasnt prompted to update or fill my personal information. i just registered with my mail and thats it. no first name or last name needed, it just let me register and play without any personal information, but when i won something they demanded verification and after that they denied my verification and took my 165 usd.

This naturally gives players, including myself, the impression that registration from Georgia is permitted. If you checked the box without reading the rules, you are acting at your own risk, and failure to comply with the rules will result in your account being blocked, which is what happened in the end.

Georgia is indeed categorised as a restricted country in the casino's terms and conditions, and you agreed to these regulations when you registered your account. However, at Casino Guru, we hold the belief that when players can register, deposit, and play freely without circumventing any restrictions, and win their funds legitimately, they should be entitled to receive those winnings.

As we strive to promote a safe gambling environment for both players and casinos, it is essential that every casino implements features to prevent players from restricted countries from registering and depositing money. Top casinos already have such features in place, which helps minimise situations like this.
