The player from Sweden has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet.


Hi, I'm having trouble getting my account verified because I think it's annoying that the site is offering lightning fast withdrawals. I've sent all the personal proof I can get. But now with the post-construction they want it in pdf files. I've sent it but look at the site and where it doesn't say and sent screen dumps because it doesn't say that they don't want it. Seems like a rogue site because it takes time to get a response via email. They say it will take 48 hours to get the account verified and money deposited in about 36 hours. But unclear rules so it's easy to give the wrong format it can easily take more than a week I think it's false marketing. / Camilla
