An untrustworthy gambling operator that refuses to pay out winnings. I am still waiting to receive my €820.


I made a total of 16 deposits without using any bonuses.

• Date: 2024-12-02

First attempt to withdraw €400. After 48 hours of pending status, the money was returned to my gaming account. Chachabet blamed a "technical error."

• Date: 2024-12-04

Second attempt to withdraw €400. The next day, the withdrawal was confirmed, but the money never reached my bank account. I contacted live chat daily to inquire about the payment, and they repeatedly told me the money was "on its way."

• Date: 2024-12-13

The €400 was returned to my gaming account again. Chachabet claimed that my bank had blocked the transaction. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that they neither received nor declined any payment. In other words, Chachabet lied—the funds were never sent for withdrawal.


I continued playing on Chachabet and won more money.

• Date: 2024-12-14

Third attempt to withdraw €820. The withdrawal was confirmed two days later, but I still have not received the funds in my bank account.


During this time, I’ve been in daily contact with live chat and sent multiple emails to their finance department.

• Date: 2024-12-20

Once again, I was told by live chat that my bank had blocked the refund. I contacted my bank again, and they denied rejecting the amount. Banks rarely block refunds to the same card used for deposits.

• Date: 2024-12-28

Still no sign of the €820 in either my gaming account or my bank account.


Chachabet has not responded to my emails for eight days now.


I suspect that Chachabet confirms withdrawals but never actually sends the money for payment.


Chachabet offers a great gaming platform, but unfortunately, they seem to be an untrustworthy gambling operator. I fear I may lose my €820.

Chachabet keeps lying with new excuses and false claims.


After waiting seven business days for the money to be deposited into my bank account, the funds have once again been transferred back to my gaming account—for the third time.


Chachabet always confirms the withdrawal, but the money never leaves Chachabet. When you inquire about the payment, the funds are always still with Chachabet, apparently.


I have requested proof, specifically the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number), to confirm that the funds have been sent from Chachabet, but I have received nothing.


Today, on 2025-01-02, I received two different responses:

The first response blamed technical issues, claiming that the funds were transferred back to my gaming account because of these problems.

The second response once again blamed my bank. Neither explanation is true, as this follows the same pattern I’ve seen with my previous attempts, and I have received these same excuses before.


Today, on 2025-01-02, I am making my fourth attempt in a month to withdraw my money to my bank account. This time, I am trying to transfer the funds to a different bank card that also belongs to me.

Chachabet has once again canceled the withdrawal and transferred the money back to the gaming account. I have now tried withdrawing to two different banks that belong to me.


Here is how the process works:

You request a withdrawal from Chachabet, they wait 48 hours to confirm the withdrawal, then another 5 business days pass, and you are given the explanation that there was a technical problem or that the bank declined the transaction.


None of these claims are true, as the money is never paid out or leaves Chachabet. They keep the money and then transfer it back to the gaming account. They do this so you end up gambling the money away with them.


When I request proof of payments, I receive nothing.


A big warning about this untrustworthy casino—literally a bandit casino.


As soon as the money is gone, I will shut down this casino for good and warn other players about Chachabet/Lalabet.


Chachabet and Lalabet are operated by the same company.

The problem is that Chachabet Casino never pays out the money.


The funds are always stuck at Chachabet. Chachabet keeps the money all the time even though the withdrawal has been confirmed. The withdrawal is confirmed but never sent for payment. After 7 business days, the money is returned to the gaming account.


The explanation they give is a standardized response, stating there was a technical issue or that my bank rejected the transaction. I have spoken to my bank twice, and they have neither received the funds nor rejected any payment. Banks never reject refunds to the same card, according to what they told me.


I have requested proof of payouts for the most recent attempts but have never received it, which indicates that no payouts are being made.


I have made a total of 16 deposits at Chachabet and am trying to withdraw the money to the same payment method, my card. I have tried to withdraw the money four times and have even tested withdrawing to a different bank card, which also belongs to me.


My suspicion is that Chachabet is heading toward bankruptcy and is trying to drain its customers of their funds. I have played on dozens of foreign casinos, and I’ve been scammed once before when I lost my winnings.

A truly fraudulent casino. They grab money but never pay out winnings, then Chachabet blames technical issues or claims the banks are rejecting withdrawals.


Chachabet completely ignores CasinoGuru and their customers. I realized the money would never be paid out, so I ended up losing the money by playing.
