Case summary

The player from Poland suspected he had fallen victim to a scam after winning around $30,000 at a casino he found on Instagram. He had made multiple payments to verify his account, including a 350zł transfer and a subsequent 400zł payment, but the casino then demanded an additional fee to upgrade to a Premium account before allowing him to withdraw his winnings. He sought guidance on recovering his funds. We confirmed that the casino was a scam site and that the claimed winnings were not legitimate, so no recovery assistance could be provided through the complaint process. The complaint was marked unresolved because the money was considered lost, and he was advised to report the case to local law enforcement or a financial cybercrime unit.

Hello everyone, I would like to ask if I fallen victim to a scam? 🥹

I play some random casino with I found link on Instagram

I get 500£ bonus after registration, and I won lots of money, around 30k $ but first I was feeling that is scam, but website looks real and professional to me, week didn’t come easy, I play, enjoy, loose win loose win,

I make 7300zł and I said let’s try, the casino ask me to make transfer of

350zł vie Crypto Wallet, so I have to transfer money to a app call Ramp, I have to add casino Crypto link (bc1qqqtph5stm3hjz9x7j8mclqzukyt5pfungvtw5c) …

I make transfer of 350zł… after that they told me that Ramp app deduct commission around 30zł and just 320zł been transfer so I to make another payment of 400zł just to verify my account… I ask why they didn’t let me before ? Also ther wasn’t anything about commission…. After I make anather transfer, I try to withdraw my money and they told me that I have to transfer 400zł to upgrade my account to Premium, as I won more then 3000zł 🤣 so no way, did I loose 800zł !? I have all screenshots of transactions and from chat,

also I call Police to make raport can I do something to receive my money back ?

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, as I already mentioned, Casizonix (https://casizonix.com) is a scam operation. The "winnings" it displays are not real, and the repeated requests for deposits are part of the fraudulent scheme. Regrettably, this means that any money deposited is lost, and there is no way to recover the claimed funds.

As this is a confirmed scam, we have no means of assisting further with the recovery of your money. The only step we can recommend is reporting the incident to your local law enforcement or financial cybercrime unit. While we understand this may not result in the return of your funds, it can raise awareness and potentially support broader investigations into such fraudulent platforms.

I will mark your complaint as "unresolved" in our system. Although this doesn’t provide the resolution you hoped for, it will negatively affect the casino’s rating and act as a cautionary warning to other players.

Please be very cautious in the future and only deposit with casinos that you have verified through trusted reviews and research. If you face issues with legitimate casinos in the future, don’t hesitate to contact us—we’ll gladly do our best to help.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Karla M.

Dear Byku93,

unfortunately, Casizonix (https://casizonix.com) is a scam website, and any claims of winnings from this site are highly unlikely to be legitimate. We strongly urge you not to deposit any more funds or engage further with this platform, as doing so may expose you to significant risks, including the potential loss of personal and financial information.

We’ve received numerous complaints about similar casinos with identical layouts. These casinos lure players with promises of high winnings, but when players attempt to withdraw their funds, they are met with repeated demands for unusually high deposits. Such casinos include:

xandro.top

rixwin.top

astralwin.com

hkpod.com

golden47.com

chainbetz.com

This list is not exhaustive, as these sites frequently disappear and reappear under different names.

We strongly advise you to cease all interactions with Casizonix (https://casizonix.com) and avoid sharing any sensitive information. If you’ve already done so, please take immediate steps to secure your accounts and monitor them for suspicious activity.

For more information on how to identify and protect yourself from scam casinos, you can read our article here: Scam Casinos Warning.

If you have further questions or need additional support, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to help.

Best regards,

Karla M.
