I am opening this official complaint against CasinoVibes because my withdrawals totaling EUR 3,150.04 are being withheld.
Details of my case:

What happened:
During my gaming session on June 3rd, I purchased a standard free spins feature for €30. I played exclusively with real money (raw cash/regular balance). No bonus was active, and I did not violate any bonus rules or maximum betting limits.
Normally, smaller withdrawals at CasinoVibes are processed within minutes. Since this is a larger win, the casino is holding the funds. When I contacted support about the delay, an employee named Andy replied via email, claiming that the standard processing time is between 8 and 17 business days and they couldn't give me a more specific timeframe.
Why I am filing this complaint:
1. Unacceptable waiting time: A waiting time of up to almost a month (17 working days equates to almost 3.5 weeks) for a regular bank transfer is absolutely unacceptable and contradicts any fair standards of the gambling industry.
2. Hidden support & incorrect contact details: The casino has completely removed the live chat from its website or made it inaccessible to me. Furthermore, the telephone number listed on the website is invalid and not in service.
3. Warding-out tactic: It strongly appears that the casino is deliberately prolonging the processing, hoping that I will lose patience, press the "cancel withdrawal" button, and gamble away the winnings again.
I have already made it unequivocally clear to support that I will not cancel the payouts and expect my money to be released.
Please do not send a complaint to the responsible casino yet.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
