I e transferred $50 first time depositing. Gigadat received and accepted the payment, however it was never deposited on my account. I reached out to the live chat they told me to wait an hour from the deposit. So I did reached put again got the same rep and he told me to wait another half hour before they would even escalate. Vincent the rep was very rude and did not apologize once and even when I pointed out a simple apology would have been appreciated. He chose to ignore that and no apology. I asked what the turn around time for the escalation and he told when I hear back and didnt have one. Poor experience and poor customer service. I do not have a turn around time at this point

Thank you for submitting your complaint. Was your deposit successful? We are sorry, but we can’t accept your complaint in case that you are complaining only about customer support. We realise it can be irritating to deal with a bad customer support representative, but if that’s the only negative thing you want to point out, we will have to reject the complaint. Either way, thank you for the info. We will test the support by ourselves and decrease the rating in case that they fail.
