Case summary

The player from Germany deposited 40 USDT with a 300% bonus and increased his balance to 1210 USDT. However, upon checking his account the next day, he found that the bonus had been withdrawn without explanation. He had adhered to all casino rules and was unable to contact support for clarification. We asked for details about the wagering progress, remaining balance, and bonus used, and he confirmed that wagering was only about 60% complete and no balance remained. After he later received an email from support, it was explained that the promotion had expired and the active bonuses were wiped when the offer ran out, so we rejected the complaint.

Hey,

Yesterday I deposited 40 USDT into the casino using a 300% first deposit bonus offer I got from the casino.

Everything went well, I deposited, got my bonus balance and started playing right away. I actually managed to run up my balance to 1210 USDT and wanted to call it a night.

Just woke up and wanted to play some slots before heading to work and I see that the bonus has been withdrawn from my account for no apparent reason.

I wish they provided me with a reason right away, since I didn't use a VPN, I always stood inside the betting limits, I haven't played any restricted games etc. I was playing slots only.

Seems like it's late in the night / too early in the morning to get in touch with their support since no support agent from them is available right now.

To keep it short, my bonus balance of 1210 USDT got withdrawn from my account by the casino and I don't know why.

Best regards

Kaan

Dear b1shTV,

Thank you for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’re experiencing and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. To help me fully understand the situation and assist you as quickly as possible, could you please answer a few brief questions?

  • Do I understand correctly that you have not completed the wagering requirements yet?
  • Do you currently have any remaining balance in your casino account?
  • Could you please clarify which bonus you activated? If possible, please post a promo code or link to the bonus you activated here in this thread.

Additionally, I highly recommend that you reach out to the casino directly. They have the resources to investigate the matter thoroughly and may be able to provide assistance more efficiently. We are mainly here to support players who have been unable to find solutions with the casino independently before contacting us.

We will do our best to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Kristina

Hey Kristina,

Thank you for your quick answer.

To answer your questions:

  • I have not completed the wager requirements. When I went to bed I was at roundabout 60% done
  • I don‘t have any balance left on there anymore.
  • I activated their first deposit 300% bonus which is also getting advertised on their CasinoGuru page. I‘ll post a screenshot of it in here.

I luckily had a small conversation with them in the morning. It didn‘t resvolve the problem yet but it looks better now. They told me that they are talking to their system provider and that they’re gonna get back to me via Email. So I‘m gonna be patient with this matter.

Best regards

Hey Kristina,

I think it all kind of solved itself. Got this email from the support team, which was a big disappointment and a punch in the face at the same time.

I don't think it said anywhere that when the promotion runs out, all of the current bonuses are also getting wiped, but it is what it is.

Best regards

Thank you for your reply, b1shTV. I empathize with your situation, which is indeed unfortunate. It's important to note that many casinos implement bonuses that come with expiration dates. While I understand that this may diminish the player's experience, it is not an uncommon or unfair practice within the industry.

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we will now proceed to reject this complaint. Thank you for your understanding. I am genuinely sorry that we were not able to assist you more effectively in this particular situation, as we always aim to help players resolve their issues whenever possible.

Please remember that you are welcome to contact us again if you run into any problems with this or any other casino in the future. Whether it is a question, a concern or a new issue that needs to be looked into, our team is here and ready to support you.
