I would like to file a complaint against CasinoTheWorld regarding my blocked account and unpaid withdrawal.
I created an account on the casino and deposited 80 USDT using my own funds. After playing normally, my balance reached around 140 USDT. When I requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly blocked.
Later, I contacted the casino support team and explained the situation. I realized that I had accidentally used a crypto wallet address that had previously been used on another account on the same platform. This was a genuine mistake and not an attempt to commit fraud, multi-account abuse, or bonus abuse.
After speaking with support, my account was temporarily unblocked. However, when I submitted the withdrawal request again, the account was blocked once more without a proper explanation.
Important points:
I deposited real funds myself.
The winnings came from normal gameplay.
The wallet address reuse was accidental.
I cooperated honestly with support.
The casino already unblocked the account once, which shows the issue may not have been considered severe initially.
I believe permanently blocking the account and withholding my balance over this mistake is unfair and disproportionate.
