This online casino let me register and deposit while it is not allowed to register without Belgian ID as I was told by the Gambling commission of Belgium. The reason I wrote them is mainly because all other Belgian online casino's denied me registration purely because I don't have a Belgian ID card and I am from the Netherlands.

So I hereby want the casino to rectify this, as it is is clearly not allowed for me to play on their website. For a gambling platform regulated by the Belgian government this is a terrible mistake.

No on all of them but I did deposit a few times. The thing is it is about the rules put in place by the Belgian government. I don't have a Belgian ID card because I recently moved to Belgium, so I am actually still in a process. After registrating on their website I tried with other venues and they all denied me because I don't have a Belgian ID. Asking them about the reason they reject me for registration, they told me it has to do with the Belgian law which requires a Belgian ID for online gambling. So that means CasinoMagic is clearly not abiding by the laws put in place. Therefore I request all the deposits I made back and my account closed.

I dont have funds anymore, but it is not about that part but the one were CasinoMagic isn't allowed to even let me register and deposit.

Thank you for your reply. Since you registered and played without a Belgian ID, your account was not eligible to be opened in the first place, it is true. However, it is important to note that your deposits were used for real play, where outcomes could result in wins or losses. As such, we cannot request a refund of funds that were already wagered and lost during gameplay.

Please note that if you had an active balance and the casino refused to pay it out solely because of the lack of a Belgian residence permit, we would certainly step in and investigate further. In your case, however, the deposits were already lost through play, which makes a refund impossible.

Due to the aforementioned reasons, this complaint will now be rejected. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
