I made a redemption request for my winnings on 2/24/25 after completing all KYC verifications. I was told that bitcoin redemption requests are approved/denied 24 to 48 hours. I was told this twice I. Li e support and it's in their terms and conditions on their website. After 48 hours passed, I inquired again and they told me they changed their processing rules today and can change their rules on a whim with the excuse they are a new social casino and they changed the rules specifically for me to delay my cash out request. I understand that delays and things can happen with cashing out after the casino processes the cash out but they are refusing to process it now. So can you please help?

The problem isn't waiting for the money to get to my account. Like I stated, the problem is they are refusing to process it now. They will not approve or deny or even review ot. They also keep changing their rules every day

I know it's a long shot asking you all for help because you've never found any of my past complaints about other casinos worth your time even though they were valid complaints. I just thought it was worth a shot to ask for tour help one more time. Guess I'm just screwed

They claim they sent my payment on February 28th via bitcoin but I have not received a penny. I have emails and and other supporting proof to show that I am telling the truth.
