I have been trying for 16 days to get a solution from Brazino777 regarding my uncredited deposit, which I made on 04/24/2026.

From day one I have approached support asking for clarification of my uncredited deposit, giving them my proof of payment (CEP) and all the information they asked for. They gave me a maximum of 15 days to give me a solution and 16 days have already passed, they did not comply and still do not offer me any concise answer.

Something else I have to point out is that one of the times I contacted support, they told me that my deposit had been returned to my bank, to which I asked for proof and they refused to give it to me. Then I contacted my bank and they indicated that they had no refund. The next day I contacted Brazino777 support again to ask about the refund and they told me no, that they hadn't returned anything, that they were still investigating with their payment provider and partner what had happened to my transfer.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, and especially if your transaction appears as failed/rejected in the casino's records, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider/bank. They need to investigate, but bear in mind that it’s a complicated process that might take approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it will take some time before it’s credited to your casino account or returned to your bank account.

I’m sorry we couldn’t be of much help now. I will leave this complaint open for a month and kindly ask you to keep us updated. Thank you very much for your understanding.
