Case summary

The player from the United States claims that Casino Brango confiscated $4,500 in winnings due to a supposed violation of a $20 Maximum Bet rule on the promotional code BACK100BR. He argues that the promotion explicitly stated "no rules" and “no hidden catches,” which he believes invalidates the casino's actions. He seeks intervention to have his winnings returned.

TITLE: Confiscation of $4,500 Winnings via Misleading "No Rules" Promotion - Casino Brango

CASINO USERNAME: woernercj86

DISPUTED AMOUNT: $4,500

SUMMARY OF DISPUTE:

Casino Brango confiscated $4,500 in legitimate winnings claiming a $20 Maximum Bet rule violation on promo code BACK100BR. I contend that the confiscation is invalid based on the explicit language of both the promotional offer and the casino's General Terms & Conditions.

KEY EVIDENCE & CONTRACTUAL ARGUMENTS:

1. General T&C Clause:

Casino Brango’s General T&Cs state that standard deposit coupon rules (including max bet limits) apply "unless specifically stated otherwise."

2. Promotional Offer "Specifically Stated Otherwise":

On July 17, 2026, Casino Brango sent an exclusive promotional email for code BACK100BR that explicitly stated:

- "⚡ No Rules — Pure play, no extra steps, no hidden catches."

- "💰 No Withdrawal Cap — Every dollar you win is yours. No ceiling, no limit."

Promising "NO RULES" and "NO HIDDEN CATCHES" directly satisfies the condition of "specifically stating otherwise."

3. Deceptive Interpretation:

The casino is attempting to enforce a hidden restriction by claiming that "specifically stated otherwise" requires hyper-specific wording not outlined in their own T&Cs, despite sending an ad promising "no hidden catches."

4. Software Enforcement & Settlement Attempt:

- The casino's cashier system validated the promo code and allowed bets without software restrictions or warnings.

- Brango offered a $100 token if I reduced my balance below $1, which I explicitly rejected. My initial deposit balance remains untouched in my account.

REQUESTED RESOLUTION:

I request Casino Guru’s intervention under its Fair Gambling Codex to require Casino Brango to honor their "specifically stated otherwise" promotional terms and release my confiscated $4,500 winnings.

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about the problem you're experiencing. Please allow me to ask you a few questions to clarify your situation.

  • Is the bonus still active in your account, or have you already completed the wagering requirements?
  • Did you request a withdrawal of your winnings before the casino confiscated them due to an alleged breach of the maximum allowed bet?
  • Did you see any additional terms or conditions attached to the bonus when you activated it in your casino account?
  • Could you please forward me the full, uncropped email containing the bonus offer at veronika.f@casino.guru?

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards

Veronika

I completed wagering requirements once I requested the withdrawal they confiscated it then. No extra terms until after I tried to withdrawal honestly didnt look for any either since they have always printed terms on the coupon emails they send out so I didnt think I needed to look, also they have been a no max bet on coupons for awhile im not sure when they switch back and I will get that email to you

Thank you for your email. However, there seems to have been a misunderstanding. I need you to forward me the original promotional email, rather than a screenshot of the offer.

Please also forward me any communication you had with the casino customer support regarding the confiscation of your winnings. I appreciate your cooperation.
