I was in a bonus and I hit another bonus and I had won $20.60 on the first and $8.49 on the second, all in one bonus hit. The $20.60 never was credited but the $8.49 was. I was at $35.11 plus the $8.49 and $20.60 would be $59.20 would have been the total. So at this point the experience of playing the casino that had took a spiral downhill and I was talking and then all of a sudden I went back to wagering and then a box popped up on the screen saying I was low on funds when I was betting on the $.20 and then it said I was at $2 bets and I never wager $2 bets. So the game reset by reloading during play. Customer service is no help at all. Also I feel I hit the Super Dragon Jackpot as was. Look at screenshots and please enlighten me. Thank you. The casino is the Philadelphia Casino. I'm not 100% sure on exact username. Birthday is 06/27/1984 to be more exact on my account.

I am from Pennsylvania and the casino was Borgata in Pennsylvania. I've communicated with the customer service and I am told to wait 48-72 hours and their just blowing it off thinking I'm not going persue the situation which I am starting to realize that I should think about the situation more because of this. Can you answer a straight question for me? There's been instances where games glitch and don't really payout every now and then. What I am asking, is what if what just said is true? What if the casinos are stealing and and causing addictions and causing mental unstableness? Legally, I think should be the option instead of giving little pieces back hoping people will just take better than nothing earnings. I think whoever pays others off and letting this continue is sickening. What if everyone's pockets and hidden cash flow was investigated? I bet casino's pull in more money than any other entertainment does? I think many people like others and I should pull together to deal with these situations and get them solved with better outcome.
