Hello ,

Actually, I was very satisfied with the casino.

Deposits and withdrawals were very quick and the support team was always as helpful as they could be.


I won a lot of money in the last week and a half – almost €10,000 in total. Since I was VIP Level 4 at the time, I was able to request a daily withdrawal of €1,000 three times a day. These withdrawals were paid out the very next day.

I have already received a total of 9000 euros in payouts.


The last 1000 euros are still in my player account.

I was downgraded to VIP Level 1, which reduces the payout limit to 500 euros per day.

When I try to request a payout, it always says "Limit exceeded".

The casino won't let me withdraw my money or use it for betting.

They also limited my betting stakes.

In the past, I always placed bets starting at 1000 euros, but now I can only place a maximum bet of 24 euros.


I think it's a shame that you get punished for playing at a high level and winning, and that this restricts the player.


I accept that the casino no longer wants me as a player, however I would like to have the remaining 1000 euros paid out.


I would like to emphasize again that, apart from the problem described, this casino is truly the best of all the ones I have played at so far.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
