Complaint details:

I registered an account on BoaBet, not realizing that an old account of mine (created over a year ago, suspended and completely inactive) would trigger a duplicate account breach. I had no intention of abusing any rules or bonuses.

After making deposits and winning, I requested a withdrawal. BoaBet blocked my account and confiscated my entire balance, including my original deposited principal, citing section 3.2 of their T&C.

I submitted a formal request offering a fair resolution: I fully waive any claim to the winnings generated on this duplicate account. However, I requested a full refund of my original deposited principal (Deposit Refund).

BoaBet customer support explicitly rejected my request, stating that deposited funds used for play cannot be refunded.

While I accept that winnings on a duplicate account can be voided, retaining my original deposited principal constitutes unjust enrichment, especially given that my deposits were accepted automatically without any real-time system check or warning upon registration.

I am requesting CasinoGuru's assistance in mediating with BoaBet to obtain a full refund of my original deposited funds.

Dear DdagaD,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely.

  • Is there any chance that someone from your household or using the same IP address has also created an account at this casino?

  • Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.
