Hello,


I requested a withdrawal of €350 from bm.bet over two weeks ago, and it has still not been processed. I have contacted their customer support multiple times, and each time I received vague or repetitive responses with no clear explanation or timeframe.


I have completed all verification steps and there is no reason for such a delay. I was even told "you’re not being scammed," but the lack of action and transparency only makes things worse.


After doing some research, I also found that bm.bet does not hold a valid license to operate in the Netherlands, where I reside. This is a serious concern and adds to the feeling of being scammed.


I am submitting this complaint in good faith and request your assistance in helping me receive the money that I rightfully won. All screenshots and communication records are available upon request.

This is my first withdrawal request on bm.bet.


The status of the withdrawal is currently marked as "processed" in my casino account, but the money has not been received in my bank or e-wallet.


I did not accept or use any bonus – the winnings were accumulated without any active promotion or bonus.



I will also attach a screenshot of the withdrawal history shortly, as requested.
