Hello,

On November 9, 2025, my account at BK8.io was suddenly suspended right after I submitted a withdrawal request. I had around $300 in my balance, deposited in cryptocurrency.

I did not receive any prior warning or detailed explanation. The support team later informed me that my balance was "forfeited" after a so-called verification by their risk management team, but they did not specify what rule was allegedly violated.I assure you that I played fairly, followed all terms and conditions, and used the account for legitimate betting activity. I simply requested a withdrawal to my own crypto wallet.

I kindly ask BK8.io to return my deposited funds or at least provide clear evidence and justification for the confiscation. Such an action without transparency or proof is unacceptable and leaves players unprotected.

Good day. I was focused on sport betting, I did not pass verification since they did not ask, it was accumulated maybe on 1-2$ by their bonuses, but mainly there is money I deposited. Thanks advance
