My complaint is that I keep getting the same response like im talking to a bot when trying to withdraw my winnings!!

When I deposit funds through bank transfer for example $70 it charges me like 72 for some reason "maybe international fee" and because of that they keep rejecting me even though I've sent all the evidence i can, even from my transaction history but they're still throwing off . I have given this company so much money and it's so frustrating when I finally win something they reject me over this ridiculous crap

'customer service'


im trying to withdraw $1800 AUD and theres no bonus involved

my account has been verified for years now, although upon requesting this withdraw they have also sent me

which i am unable to update my address with the customer service team or my vip manager
