I.ve been pending withdrawal for over a week. They continue to have so called technical issues but they say there money department still is fully operable, but they have no games to play at the moment and it doesn't tell you that till you deposit money. Then they keep you pending on you're withdrawal for eternity. Still "pending"

  1. file 0.00300689 btc = disputing amount . No bonuses used.
  2. From what I understand my account is verified, I had a successful withdrawal maybe 7 days earlier. file
  3. Last I spoke with the casino it was me suggesting that they put a under construction till further notice warning on the site to prevent any other unhappy customers because I'm sure ppl can get very unpleasant in these sort of situations. Then they refurred to me being unpleasant which I thought I was taking things calmly but maybe I'm wrong.
  4. Then I had a friend of mine sign up for bitslot.io and my friend asked if they were still having technical difficulty's and I believe the person that went by the name Nick said the money department is 100% operable so you should have no problem depositing money and ended the conversation
  5. I have some emails of verification proof if necessary as well.
