Well I received a promotion of 10 dollars with 30x wager, I completed the wager and when I tried to withdraw the money the withdrawal was rejected because according to the casino, withdrawals were suspended, after more than 1 week they told me that the REASON why my withdrawal was rejected was because the withdrawals were suspended I proceeded to wait,1 week later the page was renewed and my balance was emptied remaining at 0, after speaking with the support they told me that to withdraw that money I had to have deposited which they never told me when my withdrawal was rejected

Did you ever deposit into the casino in the past? Is your account fully verified and if yes, since when exactly? When was the last time you spoke with the casino regarding this issue?

Please note that it is common that you have to deposit in order to withdraw from a no deposit bonus. However if the casino was delaying the payment intentionally it is not fair.
