The player from California had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. We had advised the player to wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. We extended the timer by 7 days for the player to respond. However, due to the lack of response from the player, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Once registered and account verified ur account is approved for playing & withdraw. My experience with them is Everytime I win, I'm being asked to verify my identity because "my verification doesn't meet their requirements, but makes no sense because I received an email during registration saying my account was approved,all of a sudden when I win and want to withdraw they always send an email saying my request is being declined due to needing to not having my identity verified. They do this every time and only when I want to withdraw. And no matter how clear my document is, they will purposely decline it, just to delay payment. They never give u a reason for declining, just a simple "declined". It's obvious this is being done as a reason not to pay me and to keep my money. This isn't fair or right!

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
