Case summary

The player from California had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks before contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. The player had claimed that the casino refused to process her withdrawal and her request was denied. We had requested more information from the player and found out that the casino in question was a social casino. Unfortunately, we were unable to mediate complaints about social casinos, hence the complaint was rejected.

I have one on the platform inferno with big bad win I put in a withdrawal request for inferno Casino platform for $75 they sent me an email stating my request had been approved and to wait up until 24 hours for my withdrawal to process however when I called in about it they claim that they no longer do business with inferno platform and that they weren't going to pay me the funds that I won or compensate for in any kind of way when I called back to ask to speak to a supervisor they told me they will put in a request to have me compensated or something for the money that I want on inferno however I called this morning about it and I was told by Alex that they weren't going to compensate anything they weren't going to do anything about it and I said to them well that will be unfair because we customers do not know that you no longer support inferno because you still have we still have our login access we haven't been sent any emails stating that you were no longer doing business with it and they also have an option to request from the platform on their website and so they refuse to pay me my money and Alex the customer service agent keeps hanging up in my face really after I was spent thousands of dollars with this company

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I have talked to the casino manager and was told that they refuse to give me my winnings and that my request was denied. They also sent me an email just now saying it was declined

Thank you for your reply, pricetannika. So I went and checked the casino and I found out that this website is a social casino. I am sorry, but we are not able to proceed with this complaint as we only mediate complaints about regular online casinos.
