If you look in the picture you will see the won of $46.10 cents, that was the third win that day, it had done this earlier twice that day all 3 times in the amount of $210.00 in winnings

Is there any way to see that that win was not credited into your account?

Please understand that without a relevant proof this screenshot just seems like you won the bet and nothing else is visible there and if we would contact the casino, they could simply claim anything.

Yes I understand, the only other proof would be to see the in game logs and what happened everytime the free bonus spins were won

Did you try to contact directly the game provider? Requesting it from the casino wouldn't make much sense as they are not obligate to provide such information.

Yes, I did try that and they told me they are not affiliated with betbitwin, I told them that makes no sense as there game is on betbitwin platform, and they said sorry, they have no affiliation

After taking into consideration all the facts, we came to the conclusion that there is very little evidence to go on with the case with the casino. As I already mentioned, the casino is not obligate to forward such document and as you do not have it, our hands are basically tied.

I can only recommend you to try to resolve it directly with the game provider or you can try to contact the licensing authorities of the casino as well.

I'm really sorry that we were not able to help but not having a proof makes it impossible.
