The player from California has been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hasn’t been received yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I have many previous incident involving the withdrawl request and this time I am not easily gonna let it go like I've done before. They had me in the past twice upload the documents to verify well this the third time I was told my account isn't verified I did this not long ago it wasn't even 2months ago. They have done this exact thing in the passed and avoiding my messages all day with no intentions to resolve anything I wait all day and no response until the next day after which I made a choice to play back the credits to lose so I can clarify what I suspected them to do to avoid cashing out I also have more money that I give them than the money I'm able to get back
