I deposited 3 times here, in total nearly $300, last deposit was $145. I won $800 tried to withdraw but it wouldn't allow it. It told me for the next 24 hours that I had to play through my deposit and it was saying I had played through $0 for 24 hrs even when I refreshed. The next day I ended up playing $100 from the $800 on a different game and then it allowed me to withdraw $700 after complaining so many times to the chat. So the withdraw processed and has been saying complete for the last 7 days and they just keep telling me the same things, it's the bank, it's been paid but maybe the bank take longer, were checking this for U now but they never even msg U back U have to msg them again and again. They say the same thing, they can't provide me with screenshot of transaction showing that it was sent from an account, they can only show me the same fake receipt they made when they first acted like they paid me. U can tell receipt is fake because the pay id name under my name should be grey not black like the rest of the text. They just keep telling me same thing be patient. It was an Osko payment if it was real but it's not. Oskoat the most if it's due to first time payment will go through exactly 24 hrs later. It's been 7 days. I want my money already. And in their reviews on Facebook U can see two different accounts posting the exact same review, they are posting fake reviews to cover up where people have posted about their scams cos if U scroll down U can see this on their review page. They keep telling me be patient I've asked so many times to see proof cos they say we can confirm it's been paid. Well if they can confirm it is like some conformation myself so show me the transaction but they just ignore it or tell me be patient it's the bank. So frustrating!!

Hello. Sorry but in response to Ur comment about it being normal for it to take weeks to recieve a withdrawal from the casino, that is not true in this case the withdrawal was made via OSKO payment in which should be instant but if not, at the very most if they put a hold for security reasons, it will definitely process exactly 24 hours after the payment was made and the receiver will see it in their account available like it should be. I waited over a week, only to be told the same thing on repeat and I asked them a number of times to see the receipt of transaction in the account showing that my withdraw payment was successful but they would just send me the same fake receipt they sent me at the start saying that a payment was made, not the one in the transaction list because that transaction does not exist, otherwise why would they not show me if it was legit just for my leave of mind so I stop asking them but they always avoided it. So after over a week and me not letting it go they have now locked me out of my account and I can't get back in, and when I go to the chat no one responds. They are a scam casino, I do not know how they still operate or exist because there are actualy quite alot of reviews if U look with people calling them scammers and then U will notice that they go and put alot of fake good reviews to drown out the bad reviews and it's obvious that it's the casino themselves using different accounts to write them because they all are very similar and I've even got a screenshot of two different people writing the exact same reviews letter for letter, word for word and emoji for emoji. Almost one after the other. They need to be held accountable or at least be shut down there is not one thing legit about them. $700 they owe me, I deposited fair and square with no bonus at all. I deposited around $300 or $400. Just to think the amount of money they would be taking from people and they are just sitting back and laughing at everyone

Sorry I didn't see ur response until just now. I pretty much gave up hope on ever getting my money from that casino. No, I have never made a withdraw with this casino before. The same day I discovered the casino Biggiespin, I deposited around $300-$400 without any bonus, I had made a withdrawal that same day for $800 but it wouldn't allow me to actualy make the withdrawal until 24 hours later because it was showing that I hadn't played through my deposit that entire time I was playing when I had gotten my winnings up. I've noticed that's a sign with these dodgy casinos, the play through amount on what U deposit won't turnover it stays on 0 and the game history never displays what games u played last it stays blank and never shows anything. The whole week I was being lied to about my "successful" "completed" withdrawal I would always check to see if my game history had loaded yet, but it always showed as empty even though I played through more than $400 on slots it never displayed any of the games and bets that I had made that day which led me to win $800.


No they never asked me to make anymore deposits. They simply just kept repeating to me that they completed the withdraw and it was just a matter of waiting for the bank to process it and different excuses like that. They never told me I didn't win it, or they didn't pay it. They kept telling me it had been paid on their end but could never show me a transaction screenshot to prove this. And then after 7 days I kept at them asking about it, they just locked me out of my account and I can't access it at all and no one messages me back when I go to the chat page.


Is there any hope I will get my withdraw of $700? Is this something u are able to help with if its because the casino is dodgy? is it even possible for U to do anything about it or is this just to simply red flag them so other people can be aware?

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.
