BiggerZ – Account Suspension and Approximately $2,600 Dispute
I am requesting Casino Guru's help with a dispute involving BiggerZ and approximately $2,600 in total.
1. Original $1,500 tournament dispute
I participated in a BiggerZ tournament where my position showed a $1,500 reward.
However, I received only $150.
I contacted BiggerZ support to ask why. I received conflicting explanations. One support agent told me that my wagering was incorrect, while the BiggerZ VIP team later told me that my wagering was actually correct and that the issue was caused by a leaderboard display problem.
I have screenshots and other evidence of these conversations.
BiggerZ VIP also gave me $150 as a goodwill gesture, but I did not consider this a resolution because I was still asking for the original $1,500 tournament reward.
I subsequently made posts on X explaining the situation and showing evidence.

After I continued asking for the $1,500 reward, the BiggerZ VIP team became angry with me, blocked me on Telegram, and my BiggerZ account was suspended.
I was not given a clear explanation of what specific rule I had violated.
2. My account unexpectedly became accessible
Approximately one month later, I tried logging into my BiggerZ account again.
To my surprise, I was able to log in successfully.
Because I could access the account, I believed the previous suspension may have been a mistake or may have been removed.
I deposited $50 and played.
I then won approximately $1,000 and requested a withdrawal.
3. BiggerZ rejected my later winnings
Approximately one hour later, I checked my withdrawal and discovered that it had not arrived.
I also discovered that my account had been suspended again.
I contacted BiggerZ support.
The agent explained that my account was supposed to remain suspended, but somehow I had been able to access it. They said this was a problem on their side.
BiggerZ returned my original $50 deposit, but rejected my winnings and suspended the account again.
This concerns me because BiggerZ's system allowed me to log in, deposit money, play and win approximately $1,000 even though they now claim the account was supposed to remain suspended.
4. Current explanation from BiggerZ
I contacted BiggerZ again regarding the rejected withdrawal.
Their agent told me:
"The withdrawal has been rejected and account closed due to breach of terms and conditions."
I asked exactly what term I had breached.
They replied:
"I am not able to disclose any more information on this."
I repeatedly asked them to escalate the matter to the relevant department, but they said the decision was final and that support could not contact the team responsible for the decision.
5. Amounts in dispute
There are two separate disputes:
$1,500 – the original tournament reward I believe I was entitled to.
Approximately $1,100 – the later dispute involving my approximately $1,000 winnings plus the $50 deposit that was returned.
This makes the total amount in dispute approximately $2,600.
What I am asking Casino Guru to investigate
I would like Casino Guru to independently investigate:
Whether I was entitled to the original $1,500 tournament reward.
Why BiggerZ provided conflicting explanations regarding my wagering and the leaderboard.
Whether BiggerZ was justified in suspending my account after I publicly complained about the dispute.
Why my account became accessible approximately one month later if it was supposedly still suspended.
Why BiggerZ allowed me to deposit $50 and play while claiming my account should have remained suspended.
Whether BiggerZ is entitled to withhold my approximately $1,000 winnings from this period.
What exact Terms & Conditions BiggerZ claims I breached.
Whether BiggerZ has sufficient grounds to permanently close my account and confiscate the disputed funds.
I have screenshots of the tournament leaderboard, conversations with BiggerZ support and VIP, evidence of the payments, account/withdrawal information, and the later deposit and winnings.
I am happy to provide all evidence to Casino Guru.
I am not asking Casino Guru to simply take my side. I am asking for an independent review of the evidence and for BiggerZ to provide a clear explanation and justification for withholding these funds.
Total amount disputed: approximately $2,600.
