Dear Casino Guru Complaints Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against BigClash Casino (Nova Forge Ltd) to resolve a 1.5-month nightmare of calculated financial manipulation and systemic payment blockages. My account is fully verified, completely un-restricted, and has absolutely no legal or identification obstacles. Despite this, the operator has continuously violated their official terms of 1-3 business days processing time.
Through an exhausting struggle and extreme daily pressure, the casino was forced to pay out roughly 50% of my original winnings, but every single transaction required sequential public escalation. When my complaint was first published, the casino was forced to immediately approve 3 pending withdrawals on a Saturday—completely exposing their own public pretext and excuse in the comment threads that their finance department is closed during weekends. Conversely, during active business days, they have historically stalled my requests for over 10 consecutive business days without processing a single cent.
After those initial payments, they froze my funds again for 15 days, completely ignoring my public follow-ups, which ultimately forced the AskGamblers Complaint Team to close my dispute yesterday as "UNRESOLVED" with severe ranking penalties against the operator, due to 3 consecutive public comments remaining entirely unanswered by the casino.
On Tuesday, under heavy parallel pressure from my official complaint to the Anjouan Gaming Authority, the casino briefly unlocked my account, but they immediately executed a technical fraud. Out of 3 pending historic requests from July 20th, they approved only 2. They intentionally shifted the 3rd request (ID: 1044954004)—which is now delayed for 18 days—into my history tab under a permanent, unpaid "Processing" state to falsify their records and make it look completed.
Today marks 4 additional business days of complete stagnation. This unpaid "ghost" transaction triggers a hard system block on my profile backend, stating: "You have reached the maximum limit of pending withdrawal requests," strictly preventing me from submitting my new requests and keeping my entire remaining 7,700.04€ balance completely trapped. This is happening despite the casino publicly committing on the dispute forum that they are working to eliminate processing delays.
I have already submitted my full verified file and complete history to the Anjouan Gaming Licensing Authority. I strictly demand that Casino Guru initiates an immediate high-priority investigation, slashes their global Safety Index, and forces Nova Forge Ltd to put an end to this mental torture by immediately executing a direct, manual bank wire payout of my entire remaining 7,700.04€ balance once and for all.
Sincerely,
Nikolaos ****
