I make withdrawal many days ago and on casino website they say withdrawal proceed 15 minutes. And i see my transaction history at this withdrawal is already proceed right after i make it, but its not come to my bank account.

I ask support and day after day they explain same, payment is proceed but problem is payment provider. Sounds like not true.


Today i see look like they block my chat option and i cannot ask anymore. Also email they stop answer.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?
