I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Bibubet Casino (operated by Webforce Entertainment N.V., License No: OGL/2024/781/0368) regarding the unjust confiscation of my legitimate winnings totaling 130,000 TRY.

Here is the detailed timeline of the events:

1. Deposit: I made a deposit of 50,000 TRY into my casino account. My username on the platform is yucelgedik.

2. Gameplay & Winnings: I played on the website in accordance with all terms and conditions, and my total balance reached 180,000 TRY (50,000 TRY initial deposit + 130,000 TRY net winnings).

3. Account Review: When I requested a withdrawal, my account was put under a "routine risk assessment / review" by the finance/risk department. I waited patiently for days during this process.

4. Confiscation: Today, the casino contacted me and informed me that they have completely confiscated my 130,000 TRY winnings, alleging "irregular betting / rule violations." They did not provide any concrete proof, specific details, or hand history to support this serious accusation.

I am a recreational player and I did not violate any terms of service. The casino is using the "irregular betting" clause as an unfair excuse to avoid paying out a large win.

I have saved all the necessary evidence, including:

 My official bank/payment receipts showing the 50,000 TRY deposit.

 Screenshots of my balance when it was 180,000 TRY.

 Chat logs with the customer support confirming the confiscation.

I kindly request your mediation in this dispute. I expect the casino to either provide clear, irrefutable evidence of the alleged violation to your team or fully reinstate and pay my 180,000 TRY balance.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I didnt get my money at all they only gave me my deposit which is only 50,000TRY so the other 120k TRY is gone sadly.

i didnt make any successfull withdrawals from here except the money i deposited

yes i passed all the kyc verifications i sent everything that they need in order for them to verify my kyc


i didnt had any bonuses i won everything with my raw balance


i betted on sports ( e-sports mainly )
