On Tuesday September 15 2026 at 5 a.m. ACST, I sent Betzillo $106 AUD in USDC, following as per their webpage the clear and simple instructions: send any amount of USDC to their receive address, and it will be credited within 5-15 minutes. I did exactly that, sending $106 AUD in USDC to them via the Polygon network. About 30 minutes later it hadn’t been credited despite the transfer being confirmed multiple times and showing as Successful in my wallet.
I contacted their support, and was told after waiting something like 30 minutes that I sent it via the wrong network, and that I should have sent it via Ethereum Explorer and to try again but to the correct network. I don’t even have that option with my crypto wallet! They then said that I needed to send screenshots of the transaction, wallet addresses, and all that sort of stuff, which I did promptly.
I responded by pointing out that nowhere on their deposit page was that mentioned, and that them not clearly displaying that requirement when I as a player makes a deposit is in no way my fault and that them not being accurate doesn’t include me for any liability but certainly does them, as I acted in good faith and can’t understand their lack of resolution.
Look, the whole thing is just utterly repellent and it’s hard to type it all out again after just having had to argue with one idiot in their support chat and now another one over email. Through incompetence they tricked me into sending money to the wrong address, then asked me to send the same amount again to a hidden, undisclosed but correct address, then refused to compensate me for what they have essentially defrauded me by, then didn’t resolve their incompetence, and now have said that because their trick didn’t result in them profiting they wouldn’t be giving me back any USDC or crediting me with what is simply owed to me.
Whether they received anything is moot; I sent money to where they said they’d receive it and then credit me with that amount. I did exactly as instructed - without deviation - and their non-receipt of my funds is simply a reflection of their lack of aptitude and does not obviate their culpability, liability, and requirement to provide to my balance - as agreed at the moment I pressed send - the amount being sent to the specific address they themselves listed as the required payment destination.
I’m sorry but I’m not going to put up with this nonsense from them, and I’m doing everything I can to achieve parity and get what I’m fairly owed. This is why CasinoGuru exists and thank god for that.
