Last Sunday I made a withdrawal of 4000 euros. To date, the withdrawal has not been approved despite the fact that I have already had my winnings paid out several times via this casino. My account has been approved for a long time, otherwise the previous withdrawals could not have been made.


Via the live chat and emails I constantly get the same answer: it is busy, every payment is processed on a first come, first serve basis and I have to be patient. There is no answer when the withdrawal will actually be approved.


I am afraid that my winnings will go up in smoke and have little confidence that this will work out.

My account was already totaly verified and I even recieved some withdraws in the past.

But I will wait a little longer for the withdraw. When there's no action after december 22th, I will contact you again.
