This casino has blocked me completely from getting any kind on bonus or even winning a small amount! I have deposited over 1000$ in the last 2 weeks and haven’t won 20$ seriously! So I decided after I have been in ruby status for almost 2 years with ever effort to try and resolve why this is they told me it’s a case to case basis on when I get upgraded!!!!! That told me all I needed to know.

now that I’m trying to close my account they will not return my emails and are completely disregarding my complaint like it’s normal to do that.
