• The last time I successfully withdrew funds was approximately 18 days ago. I made three separate withdrawal requests: 30,000 TRY, 40,000 TRY, and 50,000 TRY.
• The withdrawals of 30,000 TRY and 50,000 TRY were paid successfully.
• However, the 40,000 TRY withdrawal has not been paid.
• Recently, I received a payment of 10,000 TRY. The operator is now combining this 10,000 TRY payment with my previously paid 30,000 TRY withdrawal and claiming that the total 40,000 TRY has been paid.
This is incorrect and misleading.
The 30,000 TRY was already a separate and completed withdrawal. It cannot be counted again as part of the 40,000 TRY withdrawal.
• I used the same payment method that I had previously used successfully.
• The winnings were accumulated through regular gameplay, without any suspicious activity.
• No bonus was used.
To summarize clearly:
The 40,000 TRY withdrawal remains unpaid for over 17 days. After the recent 10,000 TRY payment, there is still an outstanding balance of 30,000 TRY that has not been paid.
The operator is attempting to justify this by incorrectly combining unrelated transactions.
The issue is still unresolved, and I kindly request your assistance in ensuring that the remaining 30,000 TRY is paid without further delay.
